Return to a relay point, excluding shoe care products (if dispatched to a country in the eurozone):
1. Go to your customer area ‘My Account'
2. Click on ‘Return request’.
3. Download the returns form, choosing the reason for the return, and place it in the parcel.
4. Download your prepaid shipping label and stick it on your parcel.
5. Drop off the parcel at the Relay point of your choice.
A return fee contribution will be applied to returned orders:
- €2.95 for orders returned from France
- €3.95 for orders returned from the Eurozone (excluding Cyprus)
This amount will be automatically deducted when the return is processed.
Please note that if your return is the result of an error on our part, such as a logistical problem, you will not be asked to contribute to the cost of returns.
In-store returns:
You can return your pair of shoes to any JONAK France shop (excluding corners). By returning your shoes to the nearest JONAK boutique, you help reduce CO2 emissions caused by transport.

Without a returns slip, the warehouse will not be able to identify your order and process the refund.
If you are unable to print out your returns slip, please write the order number, the reference number of the returned product and the reason for the return on a separate sheet of paper. You can enclose this sheet of paper directly in your parcel. This will be our only means of identifying your return, without which no refund will be possible.
On receipt of the parcel, our quality department will assess the condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged and/or if the product is rendered unfit for sale. Any item returned must therefore include all its original labels (barcode, composition) in its perfectly intact original packaging.
If your return is refused, you will be informed by e-mail.
Please note: Make sure you keep proof of your deposit.
No refund will be made without the proof of deposit. Don't forget to enclose your delivery note to identify your order number and validate your refund.
