For orders in Eurozone (except Cyprus and Bulgaria):
When you return your order to a relay point, a charge for return shipping is deducted from the total refund:
€2.95 for orders returned from France
€3.95 for orders returned from the Eurozone (excluding Cyprus and Bulgaria)
This amount will be automatically deducted when the return is processed.
However, returns are free in Jonak boutiques (excluding corners). By returning to your nearest boutique, you help reduce the CO2 emissions produced by transport.
Please note that if your return is the result of an error on our part, such as a logistical problem, you will not be asked to contribute to the cost of returns.
