To find details of costs by destination and by type of carrier when you order, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions page. We ask you to contribute to the cost of postage, but we try to cover most of it. What's more, above a certain amount, postage is free.
If you make a return, you will incur fees based on your location, and these fees will be specified on the return page of Global-e.

A return fee contribution will be applied to returned orders:
- €2.95 for orders returned from France
- €3.95 for orders returned from the Eurozone (excluding Cyprus and Bulgaria)
This amount will be automatically deducted when the return is processed.
Please note that if your return is the result of an error on our part, such as a logistical problem, you will not be asked to contribute to the cost of returns.
